By enrolling in the 98 Academy 6-Week Beginners Foundation Course, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Course Commitment: This course is designed to provide foundational barbering skills. Results may vary based on individual effort, practice, and commitment to learning.
- Non-Accredited Training: 98 Academy offers hands-on barber training, but this course does not provide a formal academic qualification or government-recognized certification.
- No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once enrolled, you are committing to the full duration of the course. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, cancellations, or failure to complete the program.
- Rescheduling & Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, and catch-up sessions are not guaranteed.
- Use of Provided Equipment: Each student receives a starter barber kit worth £300, which is included in the course fee. 98 Academy is not responsible for any loss or damage to provided tools once distributed.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Students must adhere to all health and safety guidelines during training. 98 Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained due to improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
- Photography & Marketing Consent: By enrolling, you consent to photos and videos being taken during training for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included in promotional content, please notify us in writing before the course begins.
- Course Modifications: 98 Academy reserves the right to update or modify course content, schedules, and trainers without prior notice.
